The true benefits of fasting Ramadan is something related to spirituality and religion. Physical benefits too large and can not be ignored. Some of the benefits of fasting Ramadan are:

Fasting is an excellent disipilin religion, which trains the mind and body to overcome the difficulties, anger, thirst, hunger, etc.. One Sufi said that the secret of life is to talk a little, eat a little and sleep a little. And all these disciplines we met and we do during the month of Ramadan.
